I recently purchased a driveshaft for my 2004
Silverado from your firm. I received it Friday & the moment I saw
the packaging I knew I had dealt with a first rate firm. I installed the
driveshaft that same day & the fit was perfect. I took it out the next day
for a high speed test & all thru the RPM range it was smooth as a baby's
rear end (pun intended) It is so smooth that I almost fell asleep while
driving. I am totally pleased with the part & the way your firm does
business. I will be looking to get you to build me a driveshaft for the
front differential shortly. I have already passed on the praise of your
firm to my friends.

Just to let you know, I got the driveshaft today – it looks as fine as my old Buick J
Half an hour later it was installed and I took a test drive.
A long and frustrating story was ended, no hint of vibration to my great relief.

Just an update. Finally was able to install the aluminum driveshaft you
fabricated and in went in without a hitch. The piece looks good,
unfortunately after installation you can't really see it the way Mazda
covers it up. FYI your unit comes in exactly 1 pound lighter than the OEM
carbonfibre one, not bad.

Hi Brent, it has been several months since you made a 1 piece 5" aluminum driveshaft for my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 2wd 4dr shortbed pickup. I had to send the driveshaft back and have the yoke shaft shortened about an inch. Just wanted to let you know it has been working great since day one of installation and I couldn't be more pleased to be rid of the trouble and headache of a carrier bearing. My truck is raised 5" in the front and 3" in the rear, but after installing the driveshaft, I only had about 1" of clearance between the carrier bearing crossmember and the new driveshaft. Checked it out and the x-member is light duty and welded at each end to the top outside edge of the frame ( strictly for carrier brng., does not affect frame integrity ). I removed the driveshaft and cut the x-member into with a recip saw and took each half and worked it up and down probably 30 or 40 times and broke each piece of the x-member off right next to the weld and reinstalled ds. I included the info. about the x-member in case it might be helpful to another customer in the future. I would like to say thanks for a great product and the outstanding service you provided! I'm the same way. I'm an electrician by trade and help build cars, chassis, headers and other thing for cars. I always get kinda picked on because I want it to be "right" ,to picky I am. Hey, it's got my name on it. The car I'm currently working on is for a good friend of mine. Could you recommend a shaft for it and give me a round about price. It is a 79 malibu wagon, it has a 632" Big Chief Headed B.B. Chevy. Dyno'ed a little over 1400 hp with a 200 horse fogger tune-up in it. It will be running a power glide and a fab 9 rear end. Just want to let you know I got the driveshaft installed and I must say
you do very nice work. Slip yoke travel is about a inch from bottoming out

The local Fleet Pride driveline shop couldn't make a proper driveshaft despite 3 trips to them to for vibration issues.I phoned your shop,a polite knowledgeable salesperson,the shaft arrives here in New York a few days later. No more vibration issues, thanks. Tony P, Ontario NY
Jeff, Just a quick note to say thanks for the great driveshaft you built for my son’s 1998 Camaro 3.8L with T5 manual. It was received on schedule and he said it took him less than 30 minutes to remove the old and install the new driveshaft. Just wanted to let you know that I love the driveshaft so far. It went
right in with no trouble. However, it's the fuel cell and brake companies
keeping my car from moving (both have defects), so I cannot give you a
report on how it drives. I'm leaving for my wedding and honeymoon, so the

one year ago I promised to keep you posted concerning the custom made
driveshaft you built for my 68 400 Firebird. Some time went by and it runs
perfectly! The car´s nearly finished now (still had to get the correct 400
hood + hood tach; the latter two got their paint job today but the car
finally will be finished this upcoming week).
Thanks again for your help and could well be that I´m in need of your
perfect services again soon: I bought a mint 66 El Camino last year (one
of the smaller versions with the standard 283 cci 2bbl engine with
powerglide. It still looks very good but I´m afraid I can´t stand the
beginning imperfections very long, thus leading me once again into a full
restoration... LOL).
I´ve attached a few pics showing your driveshaft after assembly down below
in the attachment (perhaps it would have been better not to be caught by
the rain before taking pics...).

it. It just slid into place through the safety loop, into the tranny and
bolted up to the diff. Perfect.

Hi Brent,
I appreciate your concern and response. Great to see I'm working with
a customer oriented business. Regarding the flex-disk, at the time I
installed the drive it was NEW. The driveshaft after I mounted is was
about 1/2-3/4 of an inch short. There is no way the flexdisk can line up
perfectly unless the shaft segments move easily since the pilot shaft has
to slide into the driveshaft bushing.
I mounted the bolts, put a litte torque on them and realized the disc
had flexed about 1/8-1/4 inch. As I realized the forward driveshaft
segment was not really sliping easily out of the back segment, I used a
bar and a hammer to tap it forward to get the slip-section to release.
After a few taps, it did release and the flexdisck straightened up to
normal. I replaced the mounts at the same time. The old ones were
totally shot. Had a leaky real seal and the tranny fluid basically
dissolved them. Rather like jello when I pulled them out.
The reason I think it is the driveshaft is because it really is not
torque dependent. For example the vibration sets up if I accelerate
slowly or quickly. Also, if I put the car in neutral from 60 as I slow
coming off the interstate and allow the car to slow down naturally, the
vibration still happens at the same speed intervals. The problem I had
with the old flexdisk really were torque related. If I got this wrong
please let me know your opinion.
I may not easily find the time to do this job again. I hope this does
not cause a problem with you in terms of getting a replacement taken care
of. Also, do you suggest I pick up another flexdisk? I saw what the old
one looked like and it was a mess when I started messing with this. The
amount I flexed it was not much more that you could do with your hands
when you hold it.
Again, I really appreciate your help here. Let me know how to handle
this. I need to look at my calendar for a free weekend to knock this out
again. (Also, not during a blizzard! We just took a beating with snow up
here in DC)

I called them about a custom job: I have a European spec differential from a Ford ScorpioXR4i at the back and a T-5 from a 93 Mustang at the front. They were really helpful over the phone and through email and turned my order around in four days. Several other suppliers had already told me they couldn't do something this non-standard.
